I put this look together because I wanted to show an outfit I will probably be wearing tomorrow, but I couldn't really find the right clothes, so I made this one which also looks really cool I think.

I love the tee, 'let them eat cake' is a famous quote by Marie Antoinette, from France in the 18th or 19th century (I learned it in historyclass a few years ago, so I'm not sure about the year...)

I will post pictures of the 'real' outfit, I might even do that tomorrow.

Friday I will go to Lille, a place in France with my school! I'm very excited for this!

Like a Granny

Today I went shopping and bought this cool sweater (well, actually hot). It is from the men's department at H&M, but I liked it a lot. I know, the weather is really nice, but I will wear it next winter a lot I think.
I bought much more:
- The brown belt in the picture is from Primark
- A top from Primark
- A high-waisted flowershirt from H&M
- Men's joggingshorts from H&M

Happines hit her, like a train on a track

I kind of love this picture. The shorts are great, so is the tee and her hair. Tomorrow I will probably only have one hour of school, so after that I will search the entire shopping centre for a cool band shirt. I know that they have shirts from The Beatles, Nirvana, The Rolling Stones and Guns and Roses at H&M divided, but they are just not what I'm searching for, and they are from H&M, not special enough (:

I've found a great Nirvana tee at the men's department though, I might buy that one...

Sorry for the lack of posting the past few days (except for this morning), but I just don't really have the time. I need to train, go to school, make homework, and train with a coach because I have a injury.

The weather was so nice this week! I took my camera to school and made some pictures of everybody relaxing on the grass, it felt like summer.

The title is a quote from the song 'the dog days are over'.

Crossroads

Friday I went to go shopping with some friends in Haarlem, where I bought this amazing cross ring I already wanted for such a long, long time!
At the second picture you can see the three rings I bought this month, first I had one but suddenly I have four!
I had a pretty busy week of learning, shopping and going to parties, it was a really nice week...
The weather was so nice today (and yesterday) I have spent almost the whole day sitting in the garden reading some books.

Draw-a-Look-Day pt.2

Okay, so ten minutes ago I said I would post this post tomorrow. Then I thought: why tomorrow? I want to post it now! So I grabbed my camera, turned on all the lights in my room to make it as light as possible, turned on my flash because even with all the lights on, it was still to dark and took this picture (as you can see, it kind of failed).

So here is my interpretation of this look by Ebba Zingmark, a swedish girl from Umea. You can find her lookbookpage HERE and her blog HERE.

As you might see I first tried to draw her glasses too, but it looked awfull so I tried to erase it, which also didn't work very well. The backpack was way too hard to draw, so I just kept it to this, hope you like it.

Spring is coming

Testweek has begun! Today I had my first two tests, and I have learned for the next two already. In a short break between the learning, my brother and I went outside to take a few pictures. I loved to see the purple flowers, spring is coming!

What I'm wearing:

- My new ring bought at the H&M accessoire shop in Schiphol;

- A blazer from H&M divided

- A white shirt from H&M (a lot of H&M today)

- My capsize jeans

- Brown Sacha wedges

It's awfull what has happened to Japan and their people (for the ones who lived under a stone the past few days, first there was a earthquake, then a tsunami and to make it worse: a nuclear explosion. There are over 10 thousand victims).

I believe everybody feels sorry for all the people over there and the victims, so do I.

Hi!

Today, I felt like drawing, so I grabbed some kind of drawingbook for little girls, but very handy to create looks when you're not good at drawing people (the dolls are already drawed).

I didn't really have inspiration in the beginning, so I opened lookbook and searched for a look I like. Then I saw Frida posted a new look so I picked hers.

Frida has a great style, so please check her out if you don't know her yet!

About my picture. I think the Jeffrey Campbell shoes she is wearing in the picture really suck on my drawing...

But what about making this a weekly post? Like thursday would be draw-a-look-day? Would that be a good idea? And then I will do better everytime because I practise with it (:

Lying in my bed dreaming about you

Today, I was sick at home. Again. Lying in my bed all day, thinking about cool ways to make my room look much cooler. I hope you enjoy the pictures, I really like this bedrooms.

Next week I will have a testweek ( I have this every six weeks), so today would have been a good oppertunity to learn for it, but I had no schoolbooks at home (go Tamar). And besides, if I had them, I don't think I would have learned anyway.

These girls were some of the girls who where my favourites on ANTM, especially Analeigh. None of them won, so my taste of models isn't really good I think, compared to the judges, haha.

A random room, a random picture, random lamp, random flowers, random table, random paintings

Just a picture from weheartit.com. I look for a lot of room inspiration on weheartit and google, but in fact this doesn't have much sense. My room is pretty small and it is right under the roof, which means one wall is, how do I have to say that, slanted (?).

My bed is a highsleeper, underneath it is my wardrobe, but the place were my bed is now, is the only place it can be. which means I can't change the grouping of my furniture (bed, desk, mirror and cd-player).

But anyway, it's still nice to look at inspirationpictures!

Back in Black

Shirt from H&M Divided, jeans from Capsize, ring from Bijou Brigitte.

Yesterday I went shopping with my mother! I bought these amazing jeans, the black shirt, jeansshorts and the ring (and some underwear, but that isn't interesting). I'm really happy with everything I bought, I bought the jeans in the sale, so they were only 15 euros, and I really needed new jeans. 

I love my new ring! Everytime I go try on some rings, they never fit, but FINALLY, I found a ring that a) looked nice and b) fitted! So I'm really happy right now (:

I haven't made pictures of the shorts yet, but I will make them soon. For the shorts I have to wait untill the summer, that is way too long!

Clémence Poésy

These are some pictures from the amazing French actress Clémence Poésy. You might know her from Harry Potter, where she plays Fleur Delacour, but she also plays in a lot of French movies.

I like her acting ofcourse, but I posted this pictures to talk about her style. I love it!

Her style has some kind of nonchalance that looks great on her. The big cardigans, jumpers, the hair a bit messy, but very feminine. In the ELLE stylebible, which I've got from my mother yesterday, they say she buys almost all her clothes at the je-ne-sais-qoui store, this is a store for only 'les Françaises'. I wish I was French right now!
