Keukenhof - Pictures of People Taking Pictures

Because I had a Swiss exchangestudent for a week staying at my house, we went to the Keukenhof. Not a place I would go under normal circumstances, but it was kind of fun. At the Keukenhof you see a lot of old people taking pictures of flowers. It is fun to see how they take the pictures, so I decided to take pictures of them instead of the flowers. I hope you like the result (:

A Foggy Morning

This are just a couple of pictures I've made on my trip to the Eifel in Germany. It were three awesome days with a lot of fun! I want to go back there instead of going to school....

The first time in my life I ever stood on a surfboard

Today I had the opportunity to surf for the first time of my life with school and it was really cool. Ofcourse I hoped I was some natural talent, but I just kept falling and falling. At the end of the day, I have been standing on the board for one whole second! Isn't that great? haha

Have you guys ever surfed? I bet you all are surf babes with beachy hair and brown skin, aren't you? (: And if you have never done it, you should really try, it is a great experience!

Such a busy week

Hello y'all!
The first week of school has started and already am I so busy!
I had a great time with the introduction camp I went on although we didn't sleep in the tents because the weather was to bad. I had to look after a first grade together with four other fifth graders, and we had to play games and stuff. On the pictures you can see some of the first graders during a game.
Unfortunately, today the real work began and I had to follow my classes...
Can't wait till autumn holidays!

These pictures kind of show what I'm doing this week: eating and learning. This week is my final week of school and I have tests every day, so I have to learn alot. I don't know why, but in testweeks I always seem to be eating a lot. I bought some fruit to make it a bit wholesome and healthy, but I don't think cookies and icecream are seen as healthy too.

The last few days we this awesome weather (30 degrees!) but half an hour ago it was storming like hell outside.

Calling from London (uhm, Lille)

Huh, in Lille? Yes, this red, english phonebooth is placed in Lille, France. Don't ask me why. Yesterday I had a trip with school to Lille. We had to make french assignments, interview people and when we were done, we had 5 hours to go shopping in Lille!

It was a great day, but also very exhausting. I came back home at eleven o'clock and went straight to my bed (:

Happines hit her, like a train on a track

I kind of love this picture. The shorts are great, so is the tee and her hair. Tomorrow I will probably only have one hour of school, so after that I will search the entire shopping centre for a cool band shirt. I know that they have shirts from The Beatles, Nirvana, The Rolling Stones and Guns and Roses at H&M divided, but they are just not what I'm searching for, and they are from H&M, not special enough (:

I've found a great Nirvana tee at the men's department though, I might buy that one...

Sorry for the lack of posting the past few days (except for this morning), but I just don't really have the time. I need to train, go to school, make homework, and train with a coach because I have a injury.

The weather was so nice this week! I took my camera to school and made some pictures of everybody relaxing on the grass, it felt like summer.

I think this blog helps me with my english. Since I have this blog I get higher marks! It could ofcourse be something totally different, but I can say now that blogging is not only something fun to do, but you learn alot from it too. Who agrees?

School is getting closer every minute

Here are some other pictures I took this friday.

I can't believe it's already sunday! This week I had holiday as you might know, but now It's almost over... Today was a nice day though. First me and my family went to family, because yesterday a new cousin (it's a boy, Tijs) was born! It was so sweet to see that tiny baby making cute strange babynoises. After that I went iceskating with my brother, uncle, dad and two nieces. 

So now I'm home, looking at the clock and thinking that I still have 19 hours till school starts again...

School Sucks

Hi!
School really sucks. This week I'm going to have a test (or two or three) every day!
So I have to learn pretty hard. But there are also some positive things in this week(or my life) because I'm going to get money for clothes! In the Netherlands we call it 'Kleedgeld'. I think I'm gonna like it because I always buy a lot of clothes from my own pocketmoney, which means I can't buy other stuff like presents for my friends or candy...
So when I get 'Kleedgeld' if have loads of money to spend!
Now I'm going to have dinner
